1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Books: If your book is delivered in a damaged or misprinted condition.
  • Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong book or edition.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • E-books or digital downloads
  • Books marked as “non-returnable” on the product page
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-ordered books

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • Approved Returns: Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect book, we will send a replacement at no extra cost after verifying the issue. To request an exchange, please email us with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged/incorrect item
  • Description of the issue

5. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, email us at support@abhangbooks.com with the following details:

  • Your full name and order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Photographic evidence (if applicable)

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • In case of prepaid orders, the refund for cancelled items will be processed within 5–7 business days.
